**Position Summary**

Responsible for dispatching and/or receipting finished goods and repair orders, housekeeping, conducting work in a safe manner and ensure daily assembly of ‘ProSafe’ products is completed on time.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Ensure on time receipt and/or dispatch of finished and repaired goods into the Bayswater Warehouse

2. Processing Rotable/repaired/PMA orders same day

3. Ensuring regular and accurate cycle counts

4. Participate in yearly stock take at Bayswater warehouse.

5. Performing Health Checks in SAP for Bayswater Warehouse.

6. Assisting and supporting internal customs with receipt and dispatch of non-product orders (including training gear, marketing documents, department consumables, etc)

7. Ensure activities with regard to providing a Safe and Healthy warehouse environment in compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Zero LTI (Lost Time Injuries).

8. Processing customer credits and returns in a timely manner

9. Have a good understanding of operations that are managed by Rockwell to have the ability to co-ordinate with local teams in both inbound and outbound related processes when required

10. Be a key liaison with Rockwell BU in handling process problems in the absence of Logistics Supervisor

11. General housekeeping of the warehouse

12. There will also be occasional requirement to process transactions for other warehouses in Australia/New Zealand to cover for staff leave and other additional tasks, as required

13. Be a proactive member of the logistics team including suggesting and implementing improvements in warehouse procedures and practices

14. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography

15. Any other relevant duties as assigned by immediate Manager

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 1-5 years’ experience in a Warehousing environment
- Forklift License required
- Understanding of general warehousing processes and practices
- Basic understanding of inventory planning methods and goals
- Experience in working unsupervised
- Experience with internal customers
