This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the Infront Security Operations Team. This is a fulltime salaried position, and the successful applicant will be required to work predominantly night shifts on a flexible weekly roster. This position is comprised of supervisory duties, rostering duties and Security Officer duties, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

**Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct random audits of onsite Security personnel and take corrective action where required
- Respond to any complaints
- Roster staff at short notice using a computer based rostering system
- Respond to incident reports compiled by staff
- Conduct Security Site Inductions in accordance with Client requirements
- Ensure compliance with all WHS obligations
- Provide detailed end of shift reports
- Be conversant with all client SOPs
- Perform regular Security Officer duties on various sites

**Requirements**:
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task and work autonomously. You must be a self-motivated people person, with good problem-solving abilities and supervisory experience.

To be considered for the role you will possess the following:

- A current QLD Security Licence
- A current QLD Drivers Licence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of IR systems and processes
- Great trouble shooting and problems solving skills
- Good honest work ethics
- Staff rostering experience
- Be a people person
- Work well under pressure
