**About the role**:
Reporting into the Store Operations & Capital Procurement team, this role will see you support the Category Managers with analytical requirements in the development of Category strategies across various automation projects.

You will be responsible for maintaining the Initiative Tracker, Contract Repository and Initiative Folders, ensuring benefits are effectively tracked and reported while supporting the endorsement and approval of initiatives, and provide analytical and operational support for strategic sourcing, SRM, contract performance management, reporting and other procurement activities.

You will also;
- Support Project governance meeting cadence, organising and facilitating meetings through scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking and follow-up on action items
- Lead fortnightly Project CAPEX plan meeting ensuring alignment with master program schedule
- Lead the development of RFx documentation and processes as directed by the Category Manager, benefit reporting and other procurement planning activities
- Support with contract negotiations with third parties, and engagement with Legal as required
- Support the development of governance papers in preparation of endorsement forums for the approval of initiatives
- Support the Category Manager with analytical requirements to provide ongoing management of contracts and delivery
- Analytical an operational support for Supplier Relationship Management and contract performance management

**About you and you skills**:
You will also ideally have;
- Tertiary qualification, ideally Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Law or Property category
- Competent in Ariba, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and e-procurement tools/systems
- Demonstrated understanding of basic Australian contract law as it relates to the purchase and supply or goods and services
