**About the Role: Customer Service / Administration Assistant.**
As our Customer Service / Administration Assistant, you’ll have exceptional communication skills to play a pivotal role in sales administration and business operations. Your responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to:
K**ey Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team by nurturing new customers relationships and facilitating follow-ups.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to track orders and manage back orders efficiently.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales / Administration.
- Familiarity with DEAR or similar inventory management software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer operations, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Outstanding verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong attention to deal coupled with a demonstrated ability to grasp new product knowledge.
- Proven capability to take ownership of task and see them through to completion.
- A proactive “ Can do” attitude with keen willingness to learn and grow.
