**About the Role**
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, data and analysis and services to the Human Resources function and the wider business in order to deliver key HR initiatives such as, implementation of HR policies and processes, engagement survey, service and rewards programs, HR metrics and reporting, process improvement and undertake other HR related projects and ad-hoc duties as required on behalf of the HR team.
One focus area for this role is ensuring pay and system accuracy is achieved at the WWG level. To be the first point of contact for the WWG business in ensuring the payroll processing by the WIS Payroll Shared Services Team occurs on time and accurately.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Assisting the HR team with the execution of the HR Vision and Strategic Plan (Plan on a Page - PoP) for the Workwear Group, including delivering on the annual HR deliverables by functional stream.
- Supporting the People and Safety team with compliance requirements and adhoc duties as required.
- Providing accurate and timely creation of employment contracts, letters, new starter documents and mail merge of HR documents i.e. incentive letters, salary reviews etc. for Australia and New Zealand
- Managing, analysing and reporting on employee data
- End of month reports and submission of accurate data in a timely manner for HR, Learning and Development, Safety and Sustainability reporting requirements
- Review and improve current processes and procedures and recommend ways to streamline, eliminate waste and improve efficiency (i.e. learning and development, employee soft files, filing, service awards and uniform allowances)
- Work with WWG managers to educate and train on their responsibilities and build relationships and trust to ensure the connection between what team members have worked, what they expect to get paid and what they do get paid each week or month is clear and well understood
- Assist employees and managers with basic HR related queries i.e. where to access forms, policies and general business contact information - and provide education to ensure self-sufficiency for future requests.

**A real team player, who is able to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to the business. Someone who uses their initiative and drive to manage their time and priorities, in addition, someone who has**:
- Experience in a large corporate environment and structure is preferred
- Has worked in a business with multiple local operating units / management teams/ geographical locations
- 2-3 years’ experience in a HR Team, supporting generalist functions.
- Experience with data analysis, trend interpretation and insights
- Experience with MS Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams at an intermediate level (to prepare data for reporting, presentations and general HR content)
- Experience reading payroll data and information with an understanding and ongoing interest in the accuracy of payroll processing against NES/Modern Award/ EA requirements - an advantage
