We are hiring a part-time Social Media Content Creator who is also a Pilates enthusiast.

**THE ROLE**
- You will be a Pilates Reformer creating engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, creating 3 posts a week. You will need to come to the studio (central Sydney) once a week to collect content.
- You will need an understanding of social media advertising, competitions and growing engagement with the local community.
- You will be conversant with Easel software, and building relationships in the community.
- You will be responsible for generating a wide range of content types, including text, images, videos, infographics, memes, and more.
- You will be creative and have a good understanding of the target audience to produce content that resonates with them.
- You will respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a sense of community and building relationships with followers. Identify trends, assess the success of different posts, and use this information to refine strategies.

**KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Living in Australia (the position is in Sydney)
- Excellent communication skills in clear English with excellent spelling
- Ability to come to central Sydney once a week
- Reliable
- Must provide references to prove ability to create content as above.
