**YOUR ROLE**

As a Customer & Technical Services Administrator at GRC Surgical, you will facilitate the delivery of optimum service to our customers by supporting The Operations, Customer Service & Technical Services Administration Manager and sales team with order entry, general sales administration, finance, operational and technical support services in GRC.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer orders and enquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and challenges, including technical inspections and service.
- Work with the sales team to support backorder management and ETAs, keeping the team updated on any service or delivery issues and customer feedback.
- Assist with the setup of new customers in the system, data entry, invoicing, and financial reports when required. Support inventory and stock take.
- Support and maintain control of GRC Assets - Loan/Demo/FA management database.
