Our Inventory and Admin Co-Ordinator provides administration support to the operation, coordinates an organisation's administration system and general workflows. Takes responsibility for the quality, service and integrity of Inventory management functions, overseeing and guiding the inventory department.

Location - Dandenong South

**The Impact You'll Make;**
- Ensure integrity of all inventory management functions across the Victorian Warehouse sites;
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures that will contribute to the sites with focus on improvements;
- Manage daily cycle counts and storage location checks to ensure integrity of inventory;
- Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity and efficiency - product slotting, picking methodology;
- Partner with the Safety Manager to ensure the Safety Management System is maintained and audited for compliance and safety efforts and programs around Risk Management are enhanced and supported;
- Prepare detailed reports on Inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments;
- Ensure supervision is maintained over all inventory functionality;
- Monitor and deliver on all relevant site KPI's - provide site leadership team insights/trends;
- Managing overall administrative activities/supplies for the office and DC;
- Expense Management - Identify & Manage operational/administration budgets to ensure expense control, forecasting/OLK period costs - invoicing, accrual processing;
- Building and Assets Management - Oversees facilities services and maintenance;
- Maintain and promote OH&S policies, procedures and systems; and
- Support DC Manager and oversees Inventory team.

**About you**:

- Be considered a proactive and self-motivated person with problem solving ability;
- Leadership skills;
- Ability to ensure company policy is complied with in all aspects of the business to ensure internal practises are followed;
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a clear and professional manner;
- Possess sound literacy and numeracy skills;
- Strong time management skills; and
- In depth experience in Inventory Management and the interconnectivity across the wider operation.
