**Head Buyer - Bras N Things | Hanes Australasia | 10 month FTC**

Reporting to the GM Product & Marketing, the **Head Buyer** drives the category strategy to deliver a commercial, profitable, and customer-focused product range.

**What you’ll do**:

- Own the full product lifecycle - from range planning to in-store delivery
- Develop and execute seasonal and annual merchandise plans aligned to business strategy
- Maximize sales and profit through smart, data-led range selection and allocation
- Lead new product introductions and exit strategies
- Build strong cross-functional and supplier relationships to hit key milestones and drop dates

**What you’ll bring**:

- 2-3+ years’ experience owning product/merchandise lifecycle
- Retail and buying experience
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen
- Proven leadership with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Agile, proactive, and detail-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
