**About the Role**

We're seeking charismatic and outgoing Food and Beverage Attendants to join our expanding Hospitality team and provide a sense of warmth and familiarity to all residents, guests and staff.

Whether it be an early bird coffee order to a 5-star, private dining experience for family and friends, you'll be the face of LDK and a key point of call for our residents and guests. Our F&B Attendants are enthusiastic and friendly individuals who meet a high standard of exceptional service across the Restaurant and Cafes. _If you're looking at making a positive difference with an organisation that is driven by our core values of Love, Decency and Kindness, this could be the role for you._
- Provide quality coffee and food service to all residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with food preparation and service, including taking orders, processing payments, handling coffee orders.
- Familiarise yourself with the food and beverage offerings, with the confidence to answer resident and guest queries.
- Understand procedures around opening and closing of the Café/Restaurant.
- Ensure all end-of-day sales and till procedures are carried out.
- Ensure the dining areas are clean and well presented.

**About You**
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to provide exceptional food and beverage service.
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency to work as part of a high performing team.
- Courteous and pleasant attitude towards residents, guests and colleagues.
- Confidence to work proactively and autonomously.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- (Desirable) Food Safety Certificate
- (Desirable) Completion of accredited Barista Course
