Join our dynamic team at Hyatt Hotel Canberra, where luxury meets opportunity We're seeking charismatic and passionate Food & Beverage Attendants with part-time availability to deliver exceptional service in our esteemed establishment. If you have a flair for creating memorable guest experiences and a background in the industry, we want to hear from you

Positions Available
- Food and Beverage Attendant
- Events Service Attendant

This varied and dynamic roles provides a chance to develop your Hospitality career within an international company

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our food and beverage offerings, including daily specials and menu items, to assist guests with their choices and answer any queries.
- Accurately take and process food and drink orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Set up and clear tables, ensure proper table settings, and attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, including refills and special requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Food & Beverage experience in hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment
- A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team
- The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work 3 - 5 days a week
