Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment as a **Food and Beverage Attendant** at **RMC Duntroon (Canberra) **Join the established team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

**The Position**:

- Part time position - minimum 16 hours per fortnight
- Develop your hospitality skills while contributing to the team in a friendly supportive environment
- Contribute to the front of house team in dining rooms, functions, kitchen areas and bar - 5 different locations on site, enjoy variety
- Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas, along with basic food preparation
- Drive exceptional customer service to the people of the Defence force
- Maintain company policies and food safety practices

**The Person**:

- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience
- RSA qualified
- Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are a plus
- Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Can do attitude and drive to jump into any task required
