**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Build relationships with customers, by using strong communication and negotiation skills to understand customer's needs, including in-person and telephone enquiries.
- Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not defined.
- Proficiently complete functions associated with the wait listing of patients, bookings for appointments, managing appointment cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list.
- Develop, maintain, edit and review template and system management for appointment scheduling, sustaining Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS) and Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM) requirements.
