Our client is offering an amazing opportunity for a full-time or part-time Procurement Administrator to be based in Prospect, South Australia. Your role will primarily involve the receipting of materials, equipment and parts for all Groups and finalising all invoices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Group Manager - Procurement on all purchasing activities
- Work directly with the Accounts Payable team to close out Purchase Orders
- Undertake receipting of materials, equipment and parts
- Schedule and follow-up on purchases and arrivals
- Advise relevant personnel of any discrepancies or price variations
- Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- A team player, great work ethic, shows initiative, resilient and committed with strong communication skills
- Upholds company values and culture
- Holds a current Australian driver’s license
- Some intrastate and interstate travel
