we are looking for a dynamic **Customer Care Consultant** to join our high performing inbound Export team based in **Carole Park QLD.**

**This is an Indigenous

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist Account Managers and National Strategic Accounts Managers with customer quotes, orders, product information and general enquiries
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
- Organising customers freight of goods from start to finish

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours 7.00am to 5.00pm
- Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales and service environment and manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
- Exposure or experience within a call centre or retail environment is preferred
- A willingness to learn

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Carole Park QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
