**What you’ll do**:
As the Program Manager, you will be key in bringing the Endeavour Group Format Development strategy to life. Your primary purpose will be to:

- **Create and deliver a governance structure/ platform that allows simple reporting of critical milestones and monitoring of dependencies for the in-year program.**:

- **Create a flight path and report on the progress of the investment programs, and define and maintain effective program level communications.**:

- **Coordinate the Dan Murphy’s and BWS investment programs activities including planning, financial impacts, reporting and resource constraints all through defined processes.**

You will need to consult and work with various stakeholders to deliver the Dan Murphy’s and BWS Investment Programs and be accountable for the approval and delivery of program change. This role is critical to the success of Delivery projects across Endeavour Format and is responsible for coordinating the projects from initial brief to delivery.

**Your background**:
To be successful in this role, you will be a keen influencer, be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, and have the background to run a full program of work, not just one off projects. Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- Significant 10+ years in similar type roles
- Experience within Retail Environment preferred
- Demonstrated success developing and evaluating program models and successful in execution of programs
- Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating win-win agreements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
- Desirable - Previous experience in Smartsheet and the ability to teach others
