**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team at Fairfield Gardens on a Full-Time basis. To be considered for this role you must be passionate about leading a team and can see themselves making a career in the Optical Industry.
- Manage daily operations of the store and provide front of house support to Retail Partners
- Coach and develop the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Implementing roster changes
- Able to meet KPI targets
- Assisting the retail team with pretesting, customer service and dispensing.
- Support the Retail Director in Complaint Resolution
- Maintenance of Store Presentation Standards and Stock Management

**What Experience Are We Looking For**:

- _Management_: Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager where you can multitask between operational requirements and at the same time lead and develop a team
- _Optical Experience_: While optical experience is not essential - you must be willing to learn about optics as part of your role. Optics training will be provided
- _Teamwork_: Ability to inspire, motivate and provide support to your team in order to thrive as a store
- _Effectiveness_: Work under pressure along with being able to delegate tasks effectively
