**The role**
As the Campaign Manager, you will be integral to leveraging data-led analytics to drive innovative campaign strategies. You will work closely with a team of specialists who analyse consumer data. Together, you will create campaign metrics to uncover actionable insights that inform effective campaigns targeting specific audiences. Your contributions will directly impact clients' success as you assist in designing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

**The Role**
- Receive campaign briefs, finalise them with clients, and obtain approval before implementation.
- Brainstorm new campaign ideas and enhancements for existing programs in collaboration with Campaign Managers.
- Assist in designing new customer lifecycle programs during discovery and strategy sessions for new clients.
- Create client-facing customer journey flow charts and campaign materials.
- Maintain up-to-date campaign documentation, including customer journeys,

campaign briefs, and artwork.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from strategy and planning to final production and launch.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth campaign execution and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Set up Jira tickets and epics, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.

**About You**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Understanding of Customer Lifecycle creation and identification of opportunities.
- Interest in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt to various client business strategies and needs.
- Data-driven mindset, using data to measure results and guide decisions.
- Agency experience is advantageous.
