We are seeking a motivated and talented Communications Advisor to join our experienced Marketing and Communications team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where you will contribute to crafting compelling content for internal and external campaigns, CSR initiatives, digital and social media and key team functions.

Based in Brisbane, the role offers career progression and the chance to contribute to a company making a real difference to Australia’s Defence mission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write and edit engaging content for internal and external audiences.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage, update and maintain content across digital and social media channels to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Track and report on media, digital and social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Support CSR and sponsorship initiatives, ensuring objectives and benefits are achieved.
- Support team administrative tasks, including purchasing, budget tracking and maintaining campaign materials and collateral.
- Travel may be required within Australia to fulfill the requirements of this role.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- You are an early-career professional in marketing or communications with a passion for creating impactful content.
- A degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with attention to details.
- The ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels.
