**The Role**

**About You**
- Diploma of Vocational Education & Training/Training Design & Development desirable, or at least a Certificate IV of Adult Education, Training and Assessment or similar
- Defence experience in EW and the Land domain would be desirable
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills will be critical in this role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing training plans, and entertaining training material, (incorporating stories and anecdotes to engage your students into learning).
- Experience in delivering training through a range of media and venues, (a mix of remote and office-based work)
- Current/recent Defence sector experience essential with an ability to upgrade your AGSVA security clearance to NV2.
- Ability to travel as may be required - the need for travel is currently unknown, but reasonable notice of any travel will be provided.
