A leading government agency is seeking an experienced EL1 Trainer for a 10 month term with 12 month ext.

**Your new company**
A leading government agency invested in the protection of everyday Australian's is seeking an experienced EL1 Trainer for a 10 month term with 12 month extension. NV1 required.

**Your new role**
As the EL1 Trainer you will have the opportunity to showcase your L&D experience in both facilitation of content and creation of training material. You will be required to travel interstate to multiple locations to deliver content nationally across Agency. Stakeholder engagement expertise is a must for success in this role as you will be required to collaborate with multiple people of interest.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Develop, maintain and deliver training material and eLearning solutions to facilitate the efficient and effective use of the relevant systems.
- Coordinate, schedule and conduct training sessions (Face to face and Virtual) with new users and deliver refresher training when required.
- Ability to travel interstate to conduct training.
- Work collaboratively with Developers, Business Users and Subject Matter experts to ensure training material relating to new functionality is developed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Proactively monitor feedback to identify training requirements.
- Good communication skills, a deliverable and outcome focused attitude and an ability to learn and understand a variety of business areas.
