**About us**:
ONCALL Training College is a Registered Training Organisation providing training to both individuals and organisations. We provide short courses, accredited courses and custom designed courses to support training and professional development requirements to community services staff and organisations.

**The role**:
As a progressive RTO we are always expanding on our scope of delivery and due to increasing demand, we are looking for individuals with relevant experience and qualifications to deliver training in our Diploma of Community Services.

This program is a blended delivery model with online and face to face classes. We also offer a number of training programs to customer organisations throughout Melbourne and a willingness to travel from time to time to facilitate these courses is strongly desired.

**About you**:
Excellent communication skills
Motivated and engaging
Capacity to work autonomously and as a team
Ability to draw upon industry experiences to deliver meaningful training
A passionate desire to help others achieve

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
Demonstrated proficiency and experience developing and delivering training programs and learning materials
Relevant vocational experience in the Community Services Sector - experience with case management highly advantageous.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
Current National Police Check
Current Drivers licence
NDIS Workers screening check and WWC check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Previous experience using LMS systems such as Moodle would be highly advantageous
