Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Client Service Officer responsible for delivering high quality services to clients.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Deliver high quality, consistent, empathetic, and timely services to clients that are consistent with customer excellence principles.
- Work closely with staff from the Department’s Branches, Legal and Professional Service teams and Public Guardian to achieve quality outcomes focused on customer need.
- Utilise the required systems and processes to support the management of client matters and actively suggest improvements.
- Escalate complex matters and substantial complaints to the Senior Client Service Officer or Principal Client Service Officer

**Criteria**:

- Proven experience and experience in Client Services / Customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Effective time-management.
- Great Teamworking abilities.
- Prior experience in Government would be very highly-regarded but not essential.
