As the Program Lead - NDIS Support Coordination, you will drive the vision and strategy of our Support Coordination team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, client-centered services that empower individuals to achieve their goals under the NDIS framework. **Your Role**

As Program Lead - NDIS Support Coordination, you will:

- Inspire Excellence: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of NDIS Support Coordinators to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Drive Strategy: Collaborate with the Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives and optimize service delivery.
- Empower Clients: Oversee support coordination services, ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximize their NDIS plans.
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, carers, stakeholders, and industry bodies.
- Champion Growth: Identify and implement opportunities for program development and expansion.

**About You**
- You’re a natural leader with a passion for making a tangible impact in the disability sector. You have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy) and/or significant leadership experience.
- Expertise in the NDIS framework, disability services, and client-centered care.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive program outcomes, and foster a positive team culture.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and inspiring others.
- A commitment to equity, inclusion, and the Social Model of Health.
