My Support Services is an NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities. **Job Overview**:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting NDIS participants with their day-to-day needs, helping them maintain independence and live fulfilling lives. Whether it’s providing assistance with personal care, facilitating community participation, or supporting daily living activities, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist participants with daily personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming.

Provide support with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication management.

Assist participants with community participation, including social activities and appointments.

Offer emotional support and companionship to participants.

Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the team regarding participant progress and needs.

Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for participants.

**Requirements**:
Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant qualification (desirable).

Previous experience working with people with disabilities (preferred but not essential).

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred).

Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
