What You Will Get To Do:
- Act as the key operational Knowledge Specialist supporting Plum Operations and Workplace Super Core Client First teams.- Collaborate with vendors and technology teams to deliver effective solutions for complex scenarios.- Manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating and leading meetings with both internal and external parties.- Support team capability uplift by contributing to the design and delivery of training and coaching programs.- Develop and maintain process documentation and internal knowledge resources to ensure accuracy and alignment with business and client needs.- Contribute to projects and audits, including product updates, regulatory changes, and internal/external audit requirements.- Identify process gaps and opportunities to enhance the client experience through a Client First lens.

What You Will Bring:
- Solid understanding of Superannuation fundamentals, with preferred experience in Plum Operations, Cashiering, and New Business processes.- Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.- In-depth knowledge of systems, including SUPERB, PACE, and AWD.- Strong expertise in Plum Superannuation and Pension product offerings.- Skilled in designing and delivering effective training sessions and presentations.- Excellent written communication and analytical thinking skills.- Experience facilitating workshops and managing small-to-medium projects.- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
