Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented NDIS Claims Officer to manage claims processing and ensure compliance with NDIS policies and procedures. This role is crucial in supporting our clients and ensuring their funding is maximised.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process NDIS claims and funding requests accurately and efficiently.
- Review client documentation to ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, service providers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to claims processing.
- Stay updated on NDIS policy changes and best practises.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in claims processing, preferably withing NDIS framework.
- Strong understanding of NDIS policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
