Lotus Dining Group operates 9 renowned venues across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, and Southern Highlands. Our restaurants are celebrated for their exquisite modern Chinese cuisine, delightful dumplings, award-winning wine lists, and sophisticated signature cocktails.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Strong background in a high-volume, professional hospitality environment.
- Friendly, positive, and outstanding communication skills with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Knowledge of stock management, including ordering and inventory.
- A valid RSA and competency card.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Motivation to learn new skills and techniques
- Fantastic personal presentation
- Fluent in English
- Flexible availability and reliable
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks
- Minimum experience of 1 year behind the bar with cocktail knowledge.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
