Position Details:

  • Hours: 10-25 hours per week
  • Availability: Monday to Sunday
  • Pay: Award rate
  • Location: Barangaroo NSW 2000

We' re on the lookout for skilled and passionate Bartender to join our front-of-house team at the stunning Lotus Barangaroo

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while delivering refined, memorable dining and bar experiences. Our venue operates 7 days a week (lunch and dinner).

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a cocktail bartender with in-depth knowledge of classic drinks.
  • Strong background in a high-volume, professional hospitality environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Leadership skills and experience working in, or leading, a successful team.
  • A valid RSA and competency card.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • A hands-on style with a positive, ego-free attitude that promotes fun and teamwork.

Pay: $32.31 – $33.38 per hour
