**Your Impact**

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, optimistic, and detail-oriented Venue Manager with a strong track record in building, training, and developing high-performing teams. This role is all about leading from the front, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As Venue Manager of Green Beacon Brewpub in Teneriffe, you’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional product and service standards, driving trade growth, and ensuring the venue continues to thrive

Typical roster will be Thursday - Monday and times can be flexible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the day to day running of the venue, ensuring that all departments are prepared, ready and staffed appropriately
- Ensuring customer service, venue and staff presentation and product quality and levels are maintained to agreed standards at all times, especially when absent
- Helping to maintain GP targets for both Food and Beverage and reduce wastage
- Ensuring that proper lock-up and security procedures are strictly adhered to by managers and supervisors at all times
- Demonstrating a hands on day-to-day operational approach and effective time management
- Ensuring that required maintenance is carried out promptly and efficiently by contracted or preferred suppliers

**About You**

Looking for a strong leader who can work autonomously and takes initiative to solve problems or conflict. Demonstrates a proactive mindset with a high attention to detail.
- Experience as a Venue/Duty Manager in high volume venues
- High levels of initiative, motivation, leadership and effective communication
- Effective time management and experience delivering on KPIs
- Ability to report on sales data, stock and labour

It started with two mates and a couple of beers on the sand dunes of Moreton Island, Queensland. The doors to Green Beacon’s Teneriffe brewery were opened on the Australia Day weekend of 2013.
