We're looking for someone who loves everything about customer service This role is multi-faceted customer support and administrative position where you'll be an important part of our highly regarded Customer Service Team. This is an exciting and fast-paced role where you'll be growing your skills, knowledge and responsibilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Process customer enquiries
- Confirm Accuracy of information
- Compiling reports
- Contact customers to resolve questions or missing information
- Assistance to the customer service team
- General administration duties
- Data input into our internal systems
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Skills and experience required:

- Good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Established organisation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
