The architecture team forms the backbone of our product. They are the engineers that build products for engineers, across every domain and every team.

Product management in the architecture team requires you to be creative, detailed, and collaborative. You use your background in software engineering to get into the fine detail, and find the solutions others miss. You’re a deep thinker, who sees our current engineering challenges as opportunities to build something even better tomorrow.

This is a role with a difference, and we don’t expect you to have past experience in a position exactly like it. The key skill is a deep understanding of (and passion for) software engineering. You need to know how developers work, how to understand their needs, and how to design and discuss solutions in technical depth.

Whatever your background, we need people that can take a research topic from scratch and turn it into a practical design that engineers will use. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are very important - being able to explain yourself with an understanding of the causality of your argument is critical to us.
