About the role
**As the Program Officer, you will specifically**:
Be responsible for operational activities including program administration, finance and client services.
Assist in the provision of advice and support on a range of program initiatives which may include information management, reporting and other administrative tasks.
What we are looking for
**The position requires an applicant who can**:
Coordinate and monitor contracts or agreements, correspondence and claims for payment, ensuring timelines are met.
Maintain relevant databases including coordinating the update of information, upholding mechanisms for reporting database system faults, and extracting information to meet reporting requirements of senior management.
Negotiate, consult and resolve conflict with internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with and provide information on Investment Division's training programs and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Assists in ensuring stakeholder and provider compliance with VET contractual arrangements and all reporting requirements are met.
Operate computer and information systems, utilising a range of departmental software packages for the purposes of processing claims for payment, variations to contracts, document tracking, data recording and retrieval of information.
