We are divided into various teams responsible for specific services and systems. You will join the Technical Delivery team where you will support the deployment, configuration, and testing of vendor products.
**Your Key Accountabilities**:The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Investigate, analyse, and resolve system issues that occur in testing environments.
- Maintain software configuration items for supported computer systems in a configuration management database.
- Maintain deployment procedures for supported computer systems.
- Assist with process improvement and cross-skilling and knowledge sharing initiatives.

**Role Requirements**:Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience**:Highly Desirable**:Experience in one or more of the below**:

- Microsoft Windows Server administration
- Windows scripting (PowerShell)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft IIS
- Azure DevOps

**Desirable**:Experience or familiarity with one or more of the below**:

- Programming languages (e.g. Python, C#)
- BuildMaster
- ProGet Package Management
- Octopus Deploy
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager
- XML/YAML/JSON
- Unix/Linux
- Client Deployment
- Scrum Agile

**Special role requirements**:
This position may be required to perform some duties outside of normal business hours including Overtime.
