About the Role

Due to the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth we have an immediate requirement for a Community Safety Support Officer to join our client on a 2 month contract employment based in their Logan Central office.

An overview is the below;
- Provide support to the CCTV Operations Officer with regards to all camera network and access to camera footage
- Provide customer service responses to complaints, management of evidence, right to information (RTI) requests and media enquiries
- Reviews and updates the procedures and policies of Safety Camera Program Management and Operating Practices, ensuring all are consistent with corporate requirements and legislation acts.
- Manage mobile safety camera deployments schedule
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and QPS with regards to issues and solutions as well as evaluating requests for mobile camera deployments.

About You
- Proven experience in coordination of project management, community projects and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience in Local Government is highly desirable
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly, prepare complex ad hoc duties, negotiate and resolve conflict
- Current C' Class Driver's Licence
