**The role**

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join The Merrywell team, as the Assistant Manager. The Merrywell is Crown Perth’s hero pub, home to all things delicious with a daring twist. This large venue requires someone to join the leadership team, ready to provide guidance and support to the team members and oversee daily operations within the venue. This role works closely with the venue manager to ensure exceptional experiences across all elements of the venue.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge
- Lead and guide team members, while sharing your knowledge to upskill team members
- Forecast ahead of large events and ensure stock, staff and venue is prepared
- Assisting with the scheduling and rostering of employees
- General stock ordering and stock take/stock control

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Previous experience working within a Supervisory or Assistant Manager position within a large venue
- Excellent time management
- Customer serviced focused with the want to learn and strive for excellence
- Bring a positive mindset and culture to your environment

**Additional Information**:
**To be successful, you’ll**:
Hold or willing to obtain a valid RSA Certificate

Approved Managers Card
