At Appscore, we get stuff done quickly - there are not loads of red tape that you need to navigate through to be successful in your role. **About the Role**: As the Lead Iteration Manager, you will be responsible for leading the agile delivery of features and enablers through one or more cross-disciplinary teams within the Enterprise Digital team under a platform. By taking the lead at inception phase to ensure features are scoped, planned, and resourced appropriately, this role leads the day-to-day operations of the team(s) to ensure best practise agile software delivery methodologies are employed to deliver value to customers in the most efficient way. This includes ensuring the team is aligned to priorities and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged, managing risks, issues, and co-ordinating releases together with engineers to optimise overall platform health and performance. Acting as the primary facilitator for cross-disciplinary team(s), this role also drives team maturity in Agile principles and practices by ensuring the IT Agile ceremonies are continually effective and consistent across all team within their platform. This will include duties such as: coaching and mentoring team members, Iteration Managers and others who may require support in coming up to speed with Agile and general delivery focused principles. Specifically, you will be responsible for; - The delivery and outcomes of multiple squads for their respective platform - Being the focal point of contact to the business and leadership teams for anything related to their platform. - Leading and facilitating quarterly planning for all squads under a platform to ensure all business objectives are translated into a coherent delivery plan which is clearly visible, communicated and tracked on a regular basis - Initiating, developing and maintaining strong and effective internal and external stakeholder communication. - Facilitating Quarterly Planning (QP) and ensuring the QP objectives are communicated to Stakeholders and highlight any foreseen Risks or Issues that may impact the delivery timelines. - Ensuring agreed QP deliverables are met within the timeframe provided. - Partnering with product management teams to drive clarity of business priority within squads and ensure an active backlog is consistently well maintained - Leading teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value - Coaching teams on Agile ways of working, fostering continuous improvement to grow agile maturity, resilience, and high performance across the department and organisation. **About You**: - Minimum 6 years experience managing delivery squads / scrum teams - Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams, including; Facilitating Agile ceremonies, delivery planning, coaching & mentoring, resourcing - Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in IT/Digital platform delivery - Exceptional stakeholder negotiation skills - Iteration Manager certification (or equivalent) to support agile best practice **Benefits**: - Weekly Personal Training/Yoga, free virtual gym classes and discounted gym memberships - Bi-Monthly activity budgets for every team - Flexible working times to fit around your life (early start = early finish) when required - Unlimited puppy cuddles from our office dog, A.K.A "Chief Of Pats", Missy - A focus on employee wellbeing - Social activities, End of day "switch off" for work life balance, and access to the Appscore Employee Assistance Program with free counselling services, health and wellbeing discounts - Optional flu shots, paid for by us - Direct and transparent access to our Managing Director and Leadership team.
