Inner West, Australia Evergreen Daily Supports Full time

We are offering an opportunity for the right Support Worker to work with our participants in the Inner West. You must have mental health experience, a genuine care and interest for people with disability. You will need to be reliable and understanding of the impact mental illness has to a person's life.

Experience working with mental health is a must.

You must be willing to travel to the Inner West.

**MUST have a car and license.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support with everyday living
- Support to access the community
- Build the capacity of our participant
- Track and document an individual’s progress through detailed note keeping

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with people living with mental illness
- Experience working with challenging behaviours desirable
- A genuine care and interest in supporting people with disability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Current Australian Drivers Licence or ability to get to location

Please note: Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations are required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders. Evidance will be requested.
