This means we place the individual at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that each participant receives tailored support based on their unique needs and aspirations. We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and work with our diverse NDIS participants of all ages.

**About the Role**

Additionally, you will support participants in developing life skills and confidence, while promoting independence in their everyday activities. While a small number of participants may require mínimal personal care, your focus will be on empowering them to live their lives to the fullest.
