**Purpose of the Position**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**: Provide exemplary customer service and clear communication across various media.
- **Team Support**: Train and assist the Rostering Team in their duties, including after-hours service.
- **Escalation Point**: Act as the first point of escalation for the Rostering Team.
- **Policy and Process Development**: Understand and contribute to the development of rostering-related policies and processes.
- **Quality Checks**: Maintain quality checks and ensure process adherence.
- **Team Meetings**: Organise and manage regular team meetings, including recording minutes and follow-ups.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee performance and professional development of direct reports, including conducting supervision meetings and appraisals.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Develop and maintain relationships with key networks and stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and policy development.
**Skills Required**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in rostering management.
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Community Services or similar qualification.
- Ability to positively engage with people from a range of cultural backgrounds.
**Desirable**:
- Sound understanding of government-funded supports (NDIS, TAC, HCP).
- Good understanding of the SCHADS award.
