Ultimate Driving Tours (Soon to be HunterMoss Luxury Journeys) is a boutique luxury travel company dedicated to providing extraordinary experiences around the globe, for discerning guests from around the world. We curate small group tours and bespoke travel journeys that embody luxury, exclusivity, and impeccable service from beginning to end.

We are seeking a passionate, guest services oriented person to join our dynamic international team as a Travel Advisor and Guest Service Team Manager. In this role you will work with the wider team to manage enquiries and assist potential guests in choosing their preferred travel experience. You will also oversee our concierge team, and the sales and administrative arm of the business, while reporting to senior executives in the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultative Sales**: Anticipate and understand guest needs to provide tailored recommendations for experiences that best fit their interests and preferences.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- **Strategy and Reporting**: Set goals then develop and execute short and long term strategies to achieve set goals and targets, including creating reporting dashboards and regular reporting.
- **Team Management**: motivate and oversee our wider concierge team to achieve set goals and targets.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in a comparable customer service or sales role, particularly in handling inbound enquiries, preferably in the travel/tourism industry or luxury sector.
- A high emotional intelligence, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as experience overseeing direct reports and managing a team.
- Proven experience in developing and adapting systems and processes for a growing team.
- Effective time management, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technology including Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- An interest in luxury travel, goods and/or cars will be viewed preferably, but is not essential.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
