**Responsibilities**

As a manager you will create a safe and positive culture where our vision and mission are upheld. You can identify areas of improvement and use your leadership skills while maintaining the BSA policies, safety, and standards.
- Managing the Clinic on a day to day basis
- Hire and train new team members, as needed
- Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards
- Motivating and Mentoring team to achieve their goals and KPI’s
- Holding team meetings and training sessions
- Overseeing rosters and stock usage to ensure productivity

**Skills and Experience**

Some experience in these treatments and running a salon would be ideal but not crucial as would provide free, professional training on the equipment.
- Knowledge in body, health and skin treatments
- Ability to delegate tasks efficiently and maintain supportive staff relationships
- Excellent customer focus and independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both with your team and when engaging with your clients.
