**Crystalbrook Kingsley** has transformed Newcastle’s former Council Administration Centre into an elegant and sophisticated 130-room five-star hotel with a signature rooftop bar and restaurant, lobby bar and café along with two private meeting venues. **THE ROLE**:
You will curate the hotel experience for our guests by:

- Achieving and exceeding guest hygiene standards.
- Ensuring presentation of the hotel is high standard in both cleanliness and presentation.
- Clean all general areas including bathrooms and replenish amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
- Ensuring rooms are of the high standard in both cleanliness and presentation.
- Clean rooms, Make beds, Dust, Vacuum, Clean Bathrooms and Replenish amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
- responding to guest requests for amenities or additional items in a timely manner

**ABOUT YOU**:
Your many talents will include:

- Experience of housekeeping operations within a hotel is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning and presentation.
- Committed to delivering excellent service & meet quality standards.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
