**Retail & Marketing Assistant - Boutique Sexual Wellness**

Location: Lake Mac | NSW

Hours: Part-time (min. 20 hours per week, rostered across weekdays, weekends, and evenings)

**The Role**

We’re opening a new kind of adult retail boutique - one that disrupts the industry by combining sexual wellness with a luxury shopping experience. Think high-end, stylish, and judgement-free. No seedy vibes here

As our Retail & Marketing Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of it all: creating a welcoming environment for customers, curating beautiful displays, and helping to build our presence both in-store and online.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver a luxury customer experience that feels supportive, stylish, and empowering
- Assist with sales, stock management, transactions, and online orders
- Contribute to social media and marketing content - fresh ideas, bold execution
- Support promotions, events, and in-store activations that spark conversation
- Help shape the look and feel of a boutique that’s setting a new standard in sexual wellness

**About You**
- Retail or customer service experience (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or adult retail a plus)
- Comfortable working in a sexual wellness environment and representing a high-end brand
- Confident with social media - happy to create _AND_ participate in content
- Creative, organised, and detail-focused with a flair for styling and presentation
- Reliable, proactive, and excited about helping launch a new disruptor brand
- Experience in an adult boutique is a bonus, but not essential - the right attitude is what matters most

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
