Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and attend to guest queries ensuring timely resolutions
  • Check guests in and out with efficiency and friendliness, always maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
  • Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently reducing errors and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other departments to prepare rooms for guests, promoting seamless transitions and positive experiences

About You:

  • Previous guest service experience an advantage particularly in the hotel industry
  • A logical approach to resolving concerns is essential
  • Empathic ability to anticipate guests' needs is crucial for success in this role
  • Manual driver's license required for certain duties
  • Familiarity with Newcastle and the Hunter region beneficial
  • A 'can-do' approach to duties is highly valued
