**About the role**

The Environment and Release Lead is responsible for managing all non-production environments of the Duck Creek Platform, serving as the central technical coordination point for platform releases. You will oversee provisioning access to non-production instances while ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.

As a leader within the Duck Creek Platform Enablement team, you will take ownership of deliverables, collaborate effectively with other leads, and foster teamwork across the organization. This role operates within an Agile framework, utilising tools such as Jira and Confluence to support efficient and transparent workflows.

**What you'll do**
- Oversee the provisioning and access management for Duck Creek non-production environments, including ODCH and ODW
- Establish and transition user provisioning processes to production teams
- Coordinate environment connectivity and activities with other Suncorp platforms and infrastructure
- Act as the primary escalation point for Duck Creek environment issues and liaise with the vendor
- Maintain accurate documentation and status reporting for environment and release management
- Drive agility by improving processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile framework

**What you'll bring**
- 8+ years of experience in Release/Delivery Management within large-scale Agile environments
- 5+ years of leadership experience coordinating release activities for enterprise projects
- Duck Creek experience advantageous
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure and security in large-scale enterprises
- Strong industry-specific experience within Insurance or similar sectors
