We are looking for a leader to lead our growing team:
Your job descriptions are as follows:

- Responsible for the day to day operations of the store.
- Set plans to achieve the financial goals.
- Prioritizing Customer Satisfaction by quality control, passing on feedback to stakeholders, coming up with a training plan for new team members and proactively look for ways to improve customer experience.
- HR planning, including hiring, training, rostering, managing, motivating team members.
- Manage COGS and stock levels
- Ensuring SOP are followed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
