Our client has built their successful store in Clayton, VIC over the past 18 years based on a strong platform of customer service & a passion for supplying wall material and solutions to the trade, commercial and residential builders. Being a BGC Plasterboard & Fibre Cement Distributor they have a wide range of both internal & external wall cladding products from some of Australia's most trusted brands._

**About the Role**
- Lead a small team to achieve company goals
- Focus on customer satisfaction, retention & Relationship Building
- Manager trade and Retail Counter Sales including orders
- Coordination of logistics & Procurement
- Stock management
- Quotes and Enquiries
- Stong Sales Management recognising opportunities and forecasting
- Liaise with stakeholders internal and external
- Motivate and support your team
**Requirements**:
**Skills & Experience**
- Must have trade-sales experience
- Basic understanding of construction & wall cladding highly desirable
- Experience in a similar role essential
- A positive attitude and passion in driving sales
