In this dynamic role, you’ll bridge the gap between technical innovation and customer success. You’ll work alongside experienced sales professionals, engineers, and product managers to craft technical proposals that win business, build trust, and solve real-world challenges.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be the technical go-to expert for our sales team and customers - on-site or remotely.
- Analyse complex customer setups and propose tailored, technically sound solutions.
- Lead the preparation of high-quality technical proposals, bids, and tenders that align with Siemens standards and client expectations.
- Own the bid process from start to finish - acting as the Bid Leader.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, execution, and product management to build optimized offers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, RFIs, and technical clarifications with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure smooth handovers to project execution teams, maintaining quality and clarity.
- Prepare supporting documentation - including single line diagrams, bill of materials, technical specs, and preliminary configuration files.
- Provide technical support during presentations, demos, and key customer engagements.

**What you bring**:

- A background in Power Engineering and hands-on experience with electrical systems - primarily in Medium Voltage Switchgear (GIS & AIS), knowledge of Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, and auxiliary equipment will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in MV Switchgears
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to create detailed, persuasive technical proposals.
- Confidence leading bid processes, performing technical analyses, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with engineering documentation, risk assessments, and cost calculations.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A passion for delivering smart, customer-focused solutions.
