Our client is currently on the hunt for an experienced Product Owner who will be responsible for;
- Managing the **product backlog**, ensuring that it is aligned with the vision of the product.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders, including other Product Owners, Relationship Managers, and the Enterprise Portfolio Team (EPT), to define and prioritise the product team's backlog and oversee delivery.
- Acting as the Customer proxy, ensuring regular and effective engagement with customers to drive alignment of the product backlog with customer priorities and concerns.
- Working with the EPT to help schedule upcoming projects in line with smaller enhancements, along with helping to break larger initiatives into Epics that can be prioritised in the quarterly plan for each Product Team. The Product Owner will then break the quarterly planned work down further into increment goals, features and stories in collaboration with the product team, so that increments (or Sprints) can be planned.
- Attending and contributing to relevant product management meetings about strategy, planning and backlog/vision refinement
